Adam Boyle Adam joined Pegasus in 2007 as General Manager of the Safety Division and was promoted to the role of CEO in 2009. Prior to joining Pegasus, he was entrenched in the contractor and safety management market developing, managing and maintaining systems throughout the Australian mining industry. Adam has also worked in the safety and compliance sector the UK where he developed local and international markets and implemented safety management systems. |

Phil Stalker Phil joined Pegasus in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer after his previous post as General Manager for Group Procurement at Valley Longwall International. Phil has over 25 years experience in the Mining, Oil, Technology and Construction industries holding management positions around the globe in this time. Phil is also a Certified Practising Accountant and has completed a Bachelor of Finance Administration at the University of New England. |

Elizabeth van Rensburg Liz Joined Pegasus in 2001 as an Assistant Accountant and has worked in various Finance roles in the company for the last 10 years. Prior to this appointment Liz worked in Sydney and overseas in various financial roles. Liz is a practicing Chartered Accountant and has completed a Bachelor of Business at Charles Sturt University‘ |

Jo-Anne Dixon Jo heads up the business development team at Pegasus. After a successful career managing and training teams of sales representatives in the consumer goods sector, Jo joined Pegasus in 2007 in a project management role with the Training Division. At the completion of a major community project that ensured the successful integration of Hunter school leavers into the workforce, she joined the Business Development team in 2009. In 2011 Jo was promoted to the Manager of Business Development and is now leads the sales and marketing function at Pegasus. With an emphasis on taking the Pegasus suite of services to new markets such as retail, logistics, manufacturing and transport Jo is also charged with ensuring sales and service synergies between the five key divisions at Pegasus. |

Pat Farrell An expert in compliance and risk mitigation, Pat is responsible for ensuring strict safety standards are identified and adhered to within all systems and services offered by Pegasus. Pat holds a number of qualifications in this area including an Advanced Diploma in OHS, Cert IV in OHS, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and RABQSA/TL (Leading Management Systems Auditor). He has conducted numerous safety audits in NSW, Victoria and Queensland with particular experience in the Self-Insurance sector. He has also developed, implemented and maintained a national Safety Management System for a self-insured business. Pat also has significant experience in reviewing and evaluating contractor management systems ensuring governance to appropriate legislation and business standards. Prior to his career in the Safety and Compliance industry, Pat spent several years in front-line emergency services. |

Brooke Kidcalf Brooke joined Pegasus in 2007 as Project Administrator of the Training Division. Brooke moved through to the Client Account Manager role with the Safety Division to take on the Compliance Manager role in January 2009. The Training Division was added to her portfolio in July 2010. Brooke came to Pegasus with extensive experience in administration services and management. She holds qualifications in administration management and prior to joining Pegasus she was responsible for establishing sound processes and procedures within the contractor and safety management industry. |

John Picton John joined Pegasus in 1997 as a Surveyor and after over a decade in this technical role moved across to head up our IT department for several years. In early 2010 he returned to the Technical Division and in May of that year was asked to head this Division. John had 22 years experience in underground and open cut mining before joining Pegasus and has made good use of his experience and qualifications as a Certified Mining Surveyor in his role managing the Technical Division. |

Trevor Harrison Trevor joined Pegasus in September 2009 as the HSE Manager. He has been involved in the mining industry since 1975 in a variety of roles including Maintenance, Production, Emergency Response, Safety, Training and Auditing. Prior to returning to Australia, Trevor worked overseas as a HSE Manager in a mine at high altitude. He is a member of the Safety and Training division involved in mining inductions and high risk training and assessment. |

Aaron Stevenson Aaron joined Pegasus in 2007 as a contract software developer and consultant before accepting the position of Operations Manger for the Onsite Track Easy Division in February 2009. Aaron has over 12 years experience with internet based technology and applications working for Microsoft and ninemsm before running his own software development company in 2005 prior to joining Pegasus. Aaron has spent the last seven years designing and working on systems including contractor safety management, compliance, access control, training management, e-learning and e-commerce applications. |

Jeremy Symes Jeremy entered the mining industry in 1995, moving to Kalgoorlie from Perth after studying Surveying at Wembley TAFE. Jeremy’s work took him to exploration areas and minesites around Australia, initially working as a surface and underground drill hole surveyor, before operating underground drilling equipment. In 2006, Jeremy commenced his employment career, working in business development, recruitment and managerial positions, initially in Western Australia. In 2008, Jeremy moved to NSW and commenced with Pegasus in January 2012. Jeremy is focused on delivering customer centric solutions to the skilled worker shortage in the mining and associated industries. The Pegasus Employment Mine Operator (Dump Truck) Traineeship Program is one solution that is reaping great benefits for employers and non-mine skilled workers alike. This program produces workers who are safety and production-oriented, and have the skills that industry demands. |
