New site databases and users can be added rapidly with no added programming or physical installations. Onsite has the capacity to hold data for up to 100,000 contractors with and up to 1,000 records per contractor.
Onsite is an N-Tier application developed in Java with a MySQL back end. Our application adopts industry best practice with object oriented programming, and interactive HTML front end client scripting.
Onsite currently boasts over 3 million attendance records and over 500,000 competency records and has proven industry performance supporting large scale clients including Woolworths Australia (with over 50,000 contractors nationally) Leighton Contractors,
BHP Billiton, Vale, Komatsu, Thiess, Peabody Energy and Mansell Construction (United Kingdom).
Onsite has the ability to integrate with other software systems using an internally developed data transfer exchange known as ODIS (Onsite Data Interchange System). This was developed to assist clients with the management of existing financial, HR and management systems as well as enabling the transfer of data from other safety systems. ODIS readily interfaces with products such as Microsoft Excel and Access, Pulse, Mincom, SAP, STAX, Kronos, Pronto and more.
