Developer (Full Stack, Front End, Back End, .NET, Java)

As a .NET developer you will work in our current tech stack of Angular JS + ASP.NET Core MVC – but not for too long as we convert to the latest version of Angular. We deploy via Jenkins to Kubernetes and AWS. We are constantly evolving our technologies, so come for the current stack, but stay for the shiny stuff coming!

Technical Support Manager

THE ROLE

The Technical Support Manager oversees the management and maintenance of Pegasus client-facing systems and hardware, desktop, telephony and supporting infrastructure in line with an agreed framework and plan.

Serving as a key conduit between Pegasus and our vendors, you will work to ensure that our current applications and infrastructure are fit for purpose, optimised, support the continuous improvement of existing processes,  and are aligned with our future vision.

The role will be required to:

  • – Actively work with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the technical challenges that arise in the delivery of our day-to-day operations across multiple systems and streams
  • – Regularly meet with key internal stakeholders to ensure IT needs and service requirements are being met
  • – Lead the commissioning of existing systems or solutions
  • – Develop frameworks and best practices for day-to-day operations
  • – Develop strategies to develop the team to meet the business growth
  • – Actively manage core technical support processes to meet client expectations
  • – Ensure team members understand the critical nature of core applications and issues are resolved in timely contracted SLA’s
  • – Work with key internal stakeholders and Account Managers on escalations
  • – Coach and mentor staff for best practise in diagnosing technical support issues and offer mentoring to trainee staff with the support of your IT Technical senior support staff

Experience with managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver IT software solutions to a range of clients is essential to this role. The goal is to create value for clients to help preserve our reputation and business. This is a hands-on role that supporting the team with installations, hardware builds and client training support.
