Company suspension is a simple way for our client users to suspend the online profiles of companies who no longer work on their sites and projects – right from the system.
Clients will be able to view the list of suspended companies:
And they can remove a suspension at any time:
Contracting companies can also suspend themselves in the Company Pre-Qualification system at any time.
In coming months, the next stage of the Company Suspension feature will allow clients to:
- remove suspended companies from BI reports,
- view a suspension status in Onsite, and
- notify the company of their suspension
