Using Induction and Learning Management - which moved onboarding online - saved hours of administration time and allowed for the auto-booking of training and updating of worker records, providing complete insight into their safety and compliance.
A training matrix now determines which workers require which inductions, depending on their work role. With the click of a button, inductions are booked and training links sent to workers to complete at any time, from any device.
With this amount of workforce information available, reporting allows Savanna Energy to analyse and present data in meaningful and actionable ways – understanding and identifying skills gaps and enjoying an at-a-glance view of the workforce.
