Introducing Pegasus Rail Safety Worker

 

Originally established in 2012 and relaunched in 2019, Rail Safety Worker is the Pegasus rail industry solution which complies with Rail Safety National Law.

Rail Safety Worker cardholders are qualified and competent to work safely on the rail corridor.

They have provided the information required – selecting roles, uploading competency documents, and completing online inductions – to prove their skills to the strict project and site standards set by our partners. Site access is only granted to valid cardholders via mobile and fixed solutions.

Rail Safety Worker is now available for those working on behalf of the below operators, principal contractors, and/or projects and sites:

Pegasus Client Portal: Delivering Training Made Easy

The Pegasus Client Portal includes an advanced training module, allowing our clients to create, set and deliver important safety training events to workers.

The module can work as simply as adding bulk workers or crews to a training event they must complete to achieve compliance, even awarding competencies based on that training once successfully delivered.

Pegasus Payment Service Upgrade Saves Time

Pegasus customers can now make all payments via credit card in our client’s v3 roles portals, saving time as the need to use PayPal or a Purchase Order is eliminated (these options will still be available).

This new functionality will simplify the process as customers pay for registrations and induction bookings directly with a credit card.

Laminex Joins Pegasus Workforce Management Solution

With a go-live this week at their Gympie plant in Queensland, Laminex has started gaining the benefits and insight the Pegasus Manufacturing solution offers.

Beginning with business registration, contractors are asked to provide essential details like insurances before registering each worker so they are compliant to access site.

Contractor understanding and uptake was vital to Laminex, and so Pegasus ran a series of information sessions to answer questions and guide contractors.

The Workforce Management solution will expand as Laminex adds new sites and plants, empowering them to manage their workforce to strict standards of competence.

Pegasus is proud to add this iconic brand to our solution, which already includes Visy, Campbell Arnott’s, Otis, and Schindler Lifts.
